You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant AutoBot Builder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content.
Use of Service
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
Data Usage
You are responsible for the data you upload to train your chatbots. Ensure you have the right to use and distribute this data. We are not liable for any data you upload or the consequences of its use.
Subscription & Payments
Billing
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to bill you for services. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for the services you purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChatbotBuilder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
